Luke Mcllroy-Ranga
A trusted strategist within Australasian and North American markets, Luke has advised on supplier diversity and economic inclusion at all levels of government. He has spearheaded several impact ventures, and led the reshaping of traditional policy and practice within the private sector, to aid in solving some of society’s toughest social and environmental issues.
After a decade within financial services, Luke co-founded a global Indigenous procurement consultancy in 2015, and more recently has divided his time between working within some of Australia’s most remote communities to establish grass-roots economic models, and travelling regularly as a guest lecturer/facilitator within the fields of social enterprise and ethical business.

Duane Keighran
Duane Keighran is the Managing Director of a specialist commercial law firm, Keighran Legal + Advisory, servicing the real estate, hotels and construction industries. Duane and his team act for developers, hotel operators, investors, fund managers, landlords, tenants, Community Housing Providers (CHPs), Indigenous businesses, contractors and government departments.
Throughout his career, he has advised on transactional and advisory mandates across Australia and Oceania, the Middle East and North Africa, and in parts of Asia and Europe.
Prior to opening the firm, Duane was a Partner and industry group leader for major international and national law firms, both in Australia and overseas. Duane has received recognition for his work for his clients in legal directories, where he has been noted as being “well respected for his work with clients”. Currently, he is also recommended in Who’s Who Legal for Hospitality in Australia and is also listed in Best Lawyers in Australia for Real Property Law.
Duane is a passionate Non-Executive Director of NSWALC’s social and affordable housing provider, Biribee Housing, tasked with delivering improved housing outcomes for Aboriginal people across communities in New South Wales. Amy Wild
Amy Wild is Group Executive, Head of Corporate Operations at Investa Property Group. Amy provides strategic oversight of Investa’s Information Technology, Brand & Innovation and People & Culture functions. She is responsible for helping the business to define its unique corporate identity then bringing this to life through employee experience, brand and culture.
Amy has more than 18 years’ experience working in roles spanning human resources, business transformation and organisational psychology. She holds dual qualifications in business and psychology, with a Master of Business Administration, Masters of Organisational Psychology and Bachelor of Psychology (Hons). Amy is a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity. She chairs Investa’s Reconciliation Action Plan working group and is proud to work alongside a team of passionate employees to bring Investa’s vision for reconciliation to life.

Narelle Anderson
This years Opening Key Note Spaeker is NSWICC Director and Founder of Envirobank, Narelle Anderson.
The great-niece of the late Senator Neville Bonner, Narelle is a proud Jagera woman who is passionate about improving Indigenous welfare and Caring for Country and aspires every day to make a personal and corporate difference. She has achieved many firsts as an Aboriginal woman and entrepreneur.
Narelle has owned multiple businesses and built a distinguished career in the waste industry. In 2000, she became the first Aboriginal woman to solely own a waste management company. In 2001 she was elected by her peers as the first female president of the Sydney chapter of The Entrepreneurs’ Organisation (EO) a dynamic, global network of more than 12,300 entrepreneurs in 54 countries.
In 2008 Narelle became the Founder and Managing Director of Envirobank Recycling, Australia’s most innovative recycling company operating in container deposit markets. Narelle’s vision is to change the way Australians – and the world – recycle, utilising technology to reward consumers for the good they do. #recyclingthatpays. Envirobank Recycling aims to incentivise recyclers. Narelle introduced the concept of Reverse Vending Technology and automated depots to Australia. This technology now underpins the Container Deposit Schemes being rolled out in several states across Australia.
Under Narelle’s visionary leadership, Envirobank won the Peter Szental Award for Sustainability Entrepreneurship in 2012 @ World Environment Day Awards.
In 2013 she was nominated for the In Style and Audi Women of Style awards honouring 31 influential women, for their valuable contributions to Australian Society.
In 2015 Narelle was voted as one of Australia’s top 50 influential women entrepreneurs.
Narelle is a board member of The Australian Council of Recyclers (ACOR) the peak recycling industry body of Australia.
Joining the Board of the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce Narelle now contributes her experience and knowledge to advance the organisations vision for a State that embraces its rich Aboriginal history and culture; And values Aboriginal entrepreneurship, innovation and enterprise as an important pillar in a strong NSW economy.

Ernie Dingo
Ernest Ashley Dingo AM is an Indigenous Australian actor, television presenter, comedian, teacher and promoter originating from the Yamatji people of the Murchison region of Western Australia.
Ernie was awarded the General Division of the Order of Australia by Her Majesty the Queen. He was voted 'Aboriginal of the Year' by the NAIDOC Committee and 'Personality of the Year' by the Australian Caption Centre. He was again recognised for his work when he was awarded the Deadly Award for 'Outstanding Contribution to Film and Television'.
Ernie Dingo is an outstanding entrepreneur is his own right and a passionate advocate for the equality of Indigenous People. He truly is a National Living Treasure.
