About The Summit

The Summit is NSW’s leading annual gathering dedicated to advancing Indigenous economic participation through procurement, partnerships and now—Indigenous employment outcomes.

Hosted by the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce Inc. (NSWICC), The Summit brings together Indigenous suppliers, corporate and government buyers, industry leaders and changemakers to create practical, outcome-driven connections that extend well beyond the event.

As we continue to grow year on year, The Summit 2026 marks an exciting evolution—expanding its focus to strengthen Indigenous employment pathways alongside procurement and business growth.

What’s New in 2026

Building on the success of previous years, The Summit 2026 is being reimagined to deliver even greater impact.

In addition to Indigenous procurement and supplier engagement, Indigenous employment will be a key focus—exploring how businesses, government and industry can work together to create sustainable jobs, build workforce capability and support long-term economic independence.

Expect:

  • Stronger alignment between procurement and employment outcomes

  • Deeper conversations around workforce development and retention

  • Practical insights from organisations delivering real results on the ground

  • Expanded opportunities for collaboration across supply chains

More details on program streams and speakers will be announced soon.
