Indigenous Employee of the Year
This category recognises exceptional achievement by an Indigenous employee, through significant leadership and/or contribution within their organisation, or the wider infrastructure and construction sector(s).
Award Eligibility: This award category is open to Indigenous individuals working within businesses, contractors, corporate and government organisations, that have engaged directly or in-directly within the infrastructure and construction sector(s).
About the awards
The NSWICC Infrastructure and Construction Awards showcase and celebrate leadership and outstanding achievements by businesses, government departments, agencies, and individuals. Category nominations will be judged on their contribution to economic outcomes for Indigenous people and communities in NSW, through the growth of Indigenous owned businesses and their engagement in government and industry supply chains and the employment and career advancement of Indigenous people.
