AWARD Description

This category recognises an apprentice or industry trainee within the infrastructure and construction sector(s) who has shown exceptional achievement within all aspects of their trade, training, and organisation.

Award Eligibility: This award category is open to Indigenous individuals who have worked within a government or other recognised apprenticeship or industry traineeship, within the infrastructure and construction sector(s).

About the awards

The NSWICC Infrastructure and Construction Awards showcase and celebrate leadership and outstanding achievements by businesses, government departments, agencies, and individuals. Category nominations will be judged on their contribution to economic outcomes for Indigenous people and communities in NSW, through the growth of Indigenous owned businesses and their engagement in government and industry supply chains and the employment and career advancement of Indigenous people.
